文章结构:

开头段: 介绍地图的内容+总结可能的总体特征(发展)【方法: 改写题目】

主体段: 由旧写到新，按方位顺序描述图表(需寻找重要的参照物)，注意方位词的正确使用和衔接。

主体段1: 介绍幅图。只涉及到静态的数据，因此只需要用存在句即可表达，但是，考生非常容易把这些元素全部用there be这个句型来表达，从而导致句式单一。表示存在的句型除了there be之外，还有lie/ be located/ be situated/be sited等结构来表达。

主体段2: 介绍第二幅图。这一年的变化并没有时间先后，因此还是按照空间顺序来进行，注意描述图上增加的元素。此外，还要注意时间的不同表达方法。最后，“拆”“建”的英文表达，一般按照“先拆后建”的原则，先描述什么元素消失了，然后再描述新的元素，一般用被动语态来描述。

结尾段：可能的话重申总体特征(可省略)。

总结需注意的点:

1.时态的变化: 如果题中有未来时间，一定要注意改变时态。

2.语态: 地图题常用被动语态。

3.方位词的常用表达。

4.细节的变化: 地图每个细节变化都要提到，不要忽视一个细节。该图属于动态的地图题，这种类型的地图题一律按照时间顺序来写。在这道题中，也就是按照图的顺序依次来写。如果是静态的地图题（即不涉及时间变化的题型），则按照空间顺序来写。

Some people prefer to help or support directly in the local community for people who need it, however, others prefer to give money to the national or international charities. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

首段: 话题引入+争论焦点+个人观点（首段改写）

主体段1: 直接给予本地社区需要帮助的人的好处

   a.更及时地帮助到他们（举例论证，老年人过马路时摔倒）

   b.更有针对性且有效得帮助他们（因果论证，对本地社区人们的情况更了解）

主体段2: 将资金给予国家及国际慈善机构的好处

   a.个人有限的能力无法解决严重的社会问题，只有捐钱给慈善机构，通过他们来更好的解决这些问题（举例论证，非洲地区，如基础设施不足等）

   b.推动慈善事业的发展，慈善机构在维护社会公平正义，构建和谐社会起着重要的作用（因果论证）

结尾段: 重申观点，应将两者结合，从而程度上帮助到需要帮助的人们，此外，其他有利的方法也应该被提倡。

Sample:

The topic, whether we should immediately offer our aids to those people in need in our local community or give some financial donation to the national and international charities, has always been of much discussion. From my perspective, the integration of both patterns is more likely to exert more favourable and profound impacts on the issue itself.

Those who maintained that immediate help should be offered to the people, especially those in greatest need in our neighborhood argue that it may promptly tackle their current problems. Taking an elderly person in urgent situation for example, he loses his balance, staggers back and then topples over when he  crosses the road. In view of this matter, we ought to help him at full speed without any hesitation. Another contributing factor involves that compared with the aids from national and international charities, we can more effectively provide them with the help they really need. This is mainly due to the fact that we are more familiar with the situation of people in our own community, hence we can help them in a more direct and specific way.

Proponents of monetary help given to the national or international charities hold the view that some far more graver social issues could not be addressed within individual’s finite capability. For instance, in some African countries, where infrastructure is quite deficient, it would be better and more reasonable for us to offer money to the national or international charities, thus helping them to build roads, schools, hospitals and even supermarkets. In addition, what counts more is that it can gear up the sustainable development of philanthropic work. By saying this I mean philanthropic work plays a critical role in maintaining social justice and constructing the harmonious society.

Consequently, I am in favor of the fact that though both ways can help the people in need in separate ways, either of them could not address the numerous issues by unilateral power. Incorporating the two methods can help the people in need worldwide to a larger extent. In the meantime, some other beneficial ways of should be advocated.
