Do you do housework at home?

首先，听到do you 开头的问题，还是要正面回答考官的，如果你做“yes，I do/ yes, sometimes，but not that often/ yes, I do housework pretty much everyday/ on a weekly basis/ yes, absolutely/ etc.”or 不做“no，I don't/ not really/ nah, I am terrible at housework/ I never do/etc.”

接下来看看，最常见的housework的英文表达有哪些：

厨房类－prepare meals / set the table/ wash the dishes/ do the dishes/ clean the bench or stove /etc.

洗浴类－cleaning the bathroom/ do the laundry/ wash clothes / etc.

生活类－take out the rubbish/ take the trash(garbage) out/ do the dusting/ vacuum the floor/ mop the floor/ sweep the floor / etc.

其他类－shop for groceries and other household supplies / water the plants / do the gardening / etc.

用以上的housework加上频繁率就比较自然了。

比如说，I sweep the floor every night.

I often do the laundry on Saturday.

变成长句可以加上原因用because

比如说，I sweep the floor every night because I’d like to keep my room neat and tidy.

I often do the laundry on Saturday because that is the only day I am off to study.

还可以说，

I usually spend my Saturday doing blah blahblah.

Do you think children should learn to do housework?

关于这题，你认为孩子们应该学做家务吗？如果只单单回答yes／no的话，首先没有达到评分标准长度要求以及有意愿的对话。那么我们可以扩展些内容在后面。

比如说，如果认为孩子们应该学做家务，后可加原因或者学做家务的好处。有哪些原因好处？

这题可以按照自己的意愿选择认同或不认同。

－如果认为是应该共同分担家务的话，可以说男女应该轮流做家务alternate in doing the housework。

还可以说如果他们分担的话，就不是一件无聊的事了If they share the housework so it is not a bore.还可以增进感情，a good way to strengthen family ties. 还可以share the joy分享其中的快乐。

既然分担了，你可以给他们分分工，举例子Men can be good at hoe repairing, while women can be good at blah blah…

－如果不这样认为，只认为是单方面的事，可以说说原因补充为什么。原因比如说认为男主外，女主内或是情有可原If the man is busy outside with his work or business and seldom have time to do so, the woman should be responsible for this because a harmoniously built family is based on their understanding.因为一个和谐的家庭是建立在他们的理解基础上的。这句话也可以放在前面的认同的观点。

这个问题有利也有弊。可以选择说利方面，其实当今已经有很多机器人帮助人类做事了，而且还很有效率tend to neither get bored nor tired，节省了人们很多时间去做别的事情。也可以选择说弊方面。
