答题框架

From my perspective, 问题产生 mainly for the reason that 原因. Considering this, I find it necessary to 对策.

【Part3例题分析】

Q: How do you think the government can encourage people to do sports more often?

☆ 不运动的原因1：工作或学习的任务重，根本没时间运动。

对策a → require schools and companies to reduce the assignments for students and employees

对策b → organize sports activities on a regular basis

☆ 不运动的原因2：can’t find proper places for sports or feel reluctant to spend much（没有合适的运动场地，或健身房太贵）

对策a → construct more stadiums and open them to the public free of charge

对策b → equip communities with fitness facilities

所以，根据杨依老师的答题框架，这道例题的回答你就可以这样说：
