    写作，作为区分普通青年与文化青年的一个重要考核标准，在雅思考试中为难了不少学生。很多人望着题目，要么无话可说，要么逻辑混乱，要么就语言不通，最后只好对着成绩痛哭零涕。其实究其根源，还是由于基础不牢，同时在学习的过程中不善于思考如何将知识与生活和考试相结合，做到融会贯通。

    雅思大作文要求考生在40分钟左右时间内围绕某一话题迅速完成至少250字的文章，涉及教育教学，社会政策，环境能源，科技传媒，旅游文化等话题。主要考察学生以下能力：
    1.Present the solution to a problem;
    2.Present and justify an opinion;
    3.Compare and contrast evidence, opinions and implications;

1.雅思大作文正反观点对比首段写法
    首段犹如外表，映入人眼帘。我们必须要让读者或考官在时间了解到我们所写话题背景，题目所提供的正反观点以及自己的写作意图等。因此，首段写法一般从以下三方面进行，大概3-4句话。
    引出话题+正反观点+写作意图或个人观点

2. 雅思真题与《新魅力英语》完美结合
【2010-9-11雅思大作文真题】
    Some people think it is necessary to use animals for testing medicines intended for human use. Others, however, think it is cruel to do that.
Discuss both of these views and give you own opinion.
【简单分析】
    此题围绕是否应该用动物作医疗实验进行讨论，给出两种不同观点。行文过程中可以通过先交代动物用于医疗实验的普遍性，紧接着便通过该话题引发争议，引出两种不同观点，再据此提供个人的观点以便正文进行论证。
    由于话题在全文将多次出现，将动物用于医疗实验的多样化表达如下：
    conduct medical experiments on animals(新魅力2,L28)
    apply animals into medical experiments (新魅力2,L30)

A.引出话题---交代动物用于医疗实验的普遍性
    《新魅力英语》中适合交代背景引出话题的词汇或句型如下：

    套用范例：

B. 正反观点---改写题目中的不同观点
    《新魅力英语》中适用的句型如下：
    1) To some, ..... To others, ....(新魅力2 L1)
    2) Most people have different conventions about sth depending on the gender, status, and so on of those involved.(新魅力2 L4)
    3) ....whereas ...(新魅力2 L4)
    4) sb have assumed that ...because.... But conversely, sb have believed that ... For the precise reason that ...(新魅力2 L28)
    5) When it comes to ...(新魅力3 L7)
    套用范例：
    When it comes to this heated issue, many people have different conventions depending on the gender, status, and so on of those involved. Some people believe that scientists should continue this act because it can contribute to our medical advancement. But conversely, the others argue that it should be banned for the precise reason that animals also have the right to live on this planet.

C. 写作意图---交代个人观点或态度
    《新魅力英语》中适用的句型如下：
    I am a strong believer in the fact that ...(新魅力2 L1)

    只要将这三个部分进行组合并稍加调整，便能瞬间较好的组织成一个不错的正反观点首段。俗话说，好的开头是成功的一半。开头写好了，下面的正文部分也就顺起来了。所以大家平时一定要重视基础，尤其是基础读写部分。尽管它没有听说课的轻松活泼，也没有技巧段的独门秘籍，但是基础读写犹如砖块，能为你今后的雅思成绩添加一定的高度。另外，关于正文部分如何进行论证其实在《新魅力英语》中也有体现，这一部分下次再详谈。
